Questions
What's included in the half day?
Half a day, on-site or remote. Hands on your team's own work (not slides). Each person leaves with one job handed off to AI, set up by them and checked by them, plus a short list of what to try next.
How is this different from an automation agency?
I'm not a build shop. The job is teaching your team to use AI on their real work so they own it. You don't end up with a system only an outsider understands.
Can you do this on-site in Springfield or the Midwest?
Yes. True Frontier is in Springfield, MO. I work remote across the US and am happy to come on-site about a day a week when that helps.
What if we're a software team doing client work?
Yes. I sit with engineers on their real tickets and workflows. Client work often has NDAs and different AI rules per project; we follow what's allowed on that work.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with a short list of what to try next. If the team wants someone beside them for longer, the next step is 12 weeks of embedded coaching (one team at a time, scoped on a call).
