Who I am

I'm Kevin Kirchner, an engineer who teaches teams to use AI on their real work. I spent about 20 years building for the web, and since 2018 I've built software for small business owners in Springfield, MO.

Around 2024 I went AI-first. Since then I've taught a six-week AI Masterclass for working developers, run an agent cohort with business owners, coached owners 1:1, and helped a Springfield software team get everyone onto Claude Code. My line is Building AI-Confident Humans.

Can you travel elsewhere in Missouri or the Midwest?

Yes, when being in the room helps the work. We sort out on-site days on the free call. Everything else can happen remote, anywhere in the US.

Are remote-only teams OK?

Yes. I work remote anywhere in the US. On-site is a bonus, not a requirement.
