Terms of Use
Effective date: October 6, 2026
These terms cover two things: our website at https://truefrontierapps.com, and our Google OAuth app, true-frontier-ads.
Agreeing to these terms
If you use the website or authorize the true-frontier-ads app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or authorize the app.
These terms are effective October 6, 2026.
Who we are
True Frontier is the business name of Brandname Maker LLC. In these terms, "True Frontier," "we," and "us" mean Brandname Maker LLC, doing business as True Frontier.
You can reach us at kevin@truefrontierapps.com.
Using the website
truefrontierapps.com is an informational and marketing website. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or that it will run without interruption.
When you use the site, don't:
misuse it
scrape it abusively
try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
interfere with the site or how it works
The true-frontier-ads Google app
true-frontier-ads is a Google Cloud OAuth app. It isn't a login for the website. It lets people connect Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console accounts so we can manage advertising and read reporting for those accounts. Our Privacy Policy lists the exact permissions the app requests and explains how we use the data.
Who may authorize the app
Only people with legitimate authority over the Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console accounts they connect may authorize the app. That means:
Kevin or other operators acting for Brandname Maker LLC
another account holder who knowingly grants access
If you don't have authority over an account, don't connect it.
You keep ownership of your accounts
Authorizing the app doesn't transfer ownership of your Google account, your Google Ads account, or any other connected account. Google's own terms still apply to those accounts.
What the app may be used for
The app may be used only to operate and manage advertising, and to read reporting, for authorized accounts, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No misuse of Google user data
No one using the app, including us, may:
sell Google user data
use Google user data in any way that goes against the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements
use the app to access any account without authorization
Suspension and revocation
We may revoke the app's access or suspend its use if it's misused.
You may revoke the app's Google permissions at any time from your Google Account. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
Disclaimers
We provide the website and the app "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about them, express or implied.
Our marketing pages describe the services we offer. Those descriptions aren't guarantees of any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Missouri law allows, Brandname Maker LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, that come from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the app.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Missouri law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law and venue
The laws of the State of Missouri govern these terms. Any legal dispute about these terms, the website, or the app must be brought exclusively in Springfield, Missouri.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. You can read it at https://truefrontierapps.com/privacy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always at https://truefrontierapps.com/terms.
If you keep using the website or the app after we post updated terms, that means you accept them.
